ISSO LLC ("ISSO LLC", "Company", "we", "us") is the registered business that operates the SyberJet World NBAA Portal (the "Portal"), an event management platform used to coordinate guest check-in, meetings, private tours, and staff communications during the SyberJet World aviation showcase. SyberJet is a brand of ISSO LLC. This Privacy Policy explains what information ISSO LLC collects, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information We Collect
- Guest information: name, email, phone number, company, job title, guest type, and notes you provide during registration or check-in.
- Event participation data: check-in records, meeting and tour bookings, and attendance history across event days.
- SMS sign-up data: your name, mobile number, and the date, time, and wording of the consent you gave on our SMS sign-up page.
- Feedback: responses to post-event surveys, when you choose to submit them.
- Staff information: names, roles, and phone numbers of staff assigned to host meetings or tours.
How We Use Your Information
- To register and check in guests at the event.
- To schedule, confirm, and remind you of meetings and private tours.
- To send event-related SMS messages, such as guest arrival alerts, meeting and tour notifications, and reminders, to people who have opted in.
- To send post-event feedback surveys, with your consent.
- To maintain an audit trail of check-ins and booking changes for operational accountability.
SMS Messaging
You can opt in to SMS messages from ISSO LLC (SyberJet) by entering your mobile number and checking the consent box on our SMS sign-up page. Messages relate to your event registration, guest arrivals, meetings, and tours. Messages are sent via Twilio Inc., our SMS service provider. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. Your mobile number is only shared with Twilio Inc. as needed to deliver the messages you signed up for.
How We Share Information
We share information with ISSO LLC staff and service providers solely to run the event, subject to the SMS restrictions above. We may disclose information when required by law. We do not sell or rent personal information to third parties.
Data Retention
We retain guest, event, and SMS consent records for as long as needed to operate the event and for reasonable business and legal recordkeeping thereafter. You may request deletion of your data by contacting us.
Your Rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information. You may withdraw consent for SMS (reply STOP) and survey communications at any time.
Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your data.
