These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the SyberJet World NBAA Portal (the "Portal"), operated by ISSO LLC ("ISSO LLC", "Company", "we", "us"). SyberJet is a brand of ISSO LLC. By registering for or attending the SyberJet World event, signing up for SMS messages, or using the Portal, you agree to these Terms.

1. Use of the Portal

The Portal is provided by ISSO LLC to coordinate event registration, guest check-in, meetings, private tours, and staff communications for the SyberJet World aviation showcase. You agree to provide accurate information and to use the Portal only for its intended purpose.

2. Registration and Check-In

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide during registration and check-in. ISSO LLC reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any guest who disrupts the event or violates these Terms.

3. Meetings and Tours

Meeting and private tour bookings are subject to host and scheduling availability. ISSO LLC may reschedule or cancel bookings due to operational needs.

4. SMS Program Terms

• Program: SyberJet World Event Alerts, operated by ISSO LLC (SyberJet).
• How to join: enter your mobile number and check the consent box on our SMS sign-up page.
• What you will receive: event-related messages such as guest arrival alerts, meeting and private tour notifications, schedule changes, and reminders.
• Frequency: message frequency varies based on your event participation.
• Cost: message and data rates may apply.
• Opt out: reply STOP to any message at any time. You will receive one final message confirming you have been unsubscribed.
• Help: reply HELP to any message, or contact ISSO LLC at our Chandler, Arizona headquarters.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Consent to receive SMS is not a condition of attending the event or of any purchase.

5. Surveys and Feedback

Post-event surveys are sent with your consent. Submission of feedback is voluntary, and by submitting you grant ISSO LLC a non-exclusive license to use responses for product development and event improvement.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, aircraft information, and materials presented at the event or in the Portal are the property of ISSO LLC or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Portal is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. ISSO LLC does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ISSO LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Portal or attendance at the event.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Portal after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict of law principles. ISSO LLC is headquartered in Chandler, Arizona, USA.
